Approved document C: Site preparation and resistance to contaminants and moisture, 2004 edition incorporating 2010 and 2013 amendments defines building and land associated with the building as: ‘The building and all the land forming the site subject to building operations which includes land under the building and the land around it which may have an effect on the building or its users.’
